The last revision date will be reflected below the title above. 5. Our Services
We provide English language learning services, including individual and group lessons, consultations related to learning English, along with access to educational materials and resources (together, the "Services").
The Services may be purchased by individuals aged 18 and over or individuals acting with permission of a parent or legal guardian. By purchasing Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
(a) Booking and Payment
To book a Service, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information, including:
- name;
- contact details;
- email address;
- payment information.
All payments must be completed and confirmed before the Service is provided, unless otherwise agreed. A booking is considered valid only after successful payment authorization. If the payment is declined, the booking will be automatically canceled.
We are not responsible for errors made when entering personal or payment information, but we reserve the right to cancel any booking if necessary.
(b) Pricing
Prices for Services are indicated on the Website and may change at any time.
In rare cases, errors in pricing or descriptions may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the error and offer the Service at the correct price or cancel the booking.
Prices do not include any additional costs that may apply (such as payment provider fees, if applicable).
(c) Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a lesson by providing prior notice.
If cancellation or rescheduling is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, the lesson is considered completed and non-refundable.
If you are late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time; the missed time will not be compensated. If the teacher is late, the lesson will be extended or the missed time will be compensated.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a lesson in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, an alternative time or solution will be offered.
Specific cancellation conditions may be communicated separately (e.g., before booking or in correspondence).
If you purchase a package of lessons, it must be used within the agreed period. Unused lessons may expire if not used within that period. Packages are non-refundable once partially used, unless otherwise agreed.
(d) Refund Policy
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law, including Israeli consumer protection laws where applicable.
Where a customer is entitled to cancel a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law or as otherwise agreed with us in writing, cancellation shall be effected by submitting a written cancellation notice to our email address: [email protected]
The cancellation notice must include the customer’s full name, identification number, and sufficient details of the service or transaction to be canceled.
In the event of a lawful cancellation, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, as permitted under the Consumer Protection Law, unless a refund without a cancellation fee is required by law.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee where permitted by law.
6. Use of the Website
By using the Website, you agree that you will not: (i) use the Website or Content for any unlawful, illegal, or inappropriate purposes; (ii) interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Website; (iii) copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any Content without our prior permission, except where explicitly allowed; (iv) use the Website or Content for commercial purposes without our consent; (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its systems, or data; (vi) collect or use any information from the Website (including personal data) without authorization; (vii) use our name, brand, or materials without our prior written consent; (viii) use the Website or Content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of third parties.
